5 DAYS LEFT!!!

Today we had our Christmas Cantata and it was a very very very amazing experience for all of us. God has called us to bring his light to the people around us, and like Mary and Moses, we must answer his call. In today's gospel, Jesus said to his disciples, "The harvest is abundant, but the labourers are few." We are all called to be children of God, to spread his good news and become his disciples. There are alot of people around us who are in need and God needs us to help these people and help them to know Christ. Let us pray that we can bring love and hope to the people in Bicol, and let them know that Jesus is always there for them. Let us also pray that we will stay strong as a team, and remember that Christ is always there for us when we face challenges.

Every member of this mission team has put in alot of effort to make this cantata a success. Special thanks go out to the performers who have sacrificed their time to rehearse for this performance, and also to everyone who has helped out (deco, set-up). And thanks to Vanessa Goh for composing that super awesome song! Thanks to our facils and Uncle Al who have guided us in so many ways while preparing for this cantata and ensuring that it ran smoothly.

On a side note, ITS ONLY 5 DAYS LEFT TO OUR MISSION TRIP!!! Not many of us can believe that the departure date is so close. Yes it will get tough and tiring when we do God's work in Bicol, but when it gets really difficult and we feel discouraged, always remember that we can achieve miracles, when we believe.
