OPERATIONAL GROUPINGS

We have built our transit operations around two groups: the Advance Party and the Main Body. Each will have three clusters of four to six people each; each cluster is meant to be the travelling party of the mission tripper on the journey to and from Legaspi. Hence they should stick together and look out for each other at all times.

Operational Groups and Buddy Systems
We have organised the mission team into 3 operational groups and a support group. Each group is further split into two teams of four members each. The individual team is the smallest operational unit of the mission team. It also serves as the buddy group: members must move together as one team while at work or at leisure.
